Automatic Dewaxing Autoclave is used for removal of wax from ceramic shell in the shortest cycle time. It is simple to operate and safe to use.
The Dewaxing Autoclave is a jacketed autoclave where the jacket has been extended to form an integral boiler. The autoclave section is used to dewax ceramic shells for investment cast parts and has been designed to achieve the fastest possible cycle times. Electrical immersion heating rated gives direct energy input and the absence of exposed steam pipework means no teat loss between boiler and autoclave.
